"Except for the crazy amount of bugs, both dead and alive, which couldn't be helped, it was very clean. The location is perfect for families with children to play in the water beachside. The game room is fantastic, but be aware that it is not attached to the house, its up a full flight of stairs behind the house, preventing supervision of younger members of the group. The deck is fantastic with great views and built-in baby gates at the top to prevent falls. There is a lot of seating outside including down by the dock. Be sure to get the laundry done when you are out of the house, because it is quite loud in the living area when its running. More than a single dishwasher pod would have been helpful but everything else is provided. For large groups like ours, it would be nice to have enough silverware for everyone but we made it work. We would return. "
