"Our room was very outdated barely together. A lot of rust and rotted wood. Our Tv channels were buffering on every single channel. Our room smelled like cigarettes even though was a smoke free room and to top it off our toilet was not functioning. I spoke to the front desk and they sent someone who went in got it to work and left didn’t say a word. Minutes later didn’t work again. Turns out the floater wasn’t working. I would not recommend. No apologies or anything."

"It was a fine stay, with good communication with the owner. My main issue was the price. I believe the place is overpriced overall. It could be the winter season that people might be willing to pay more for the location, but it was very much overpriced for the summer stay."

"This listing was as expected- better. The townhouse was clean and spacious (6 people total: Grandma, 2 parents, 3 teenage boys). Improvements considerations have to do with the "development" not the property. The gate opening system should be push-button. If we were not connected to the property wifi we could not connect to the development wifi and therefore could not get the QR code to get in the front gate. It was frustrating; and it was a chronic problem for all guests. The other improvement would be to have the facilities open past 4:30pm (maybe 7 or 8pm). We were there during the heat wave and there was more than enough interest for the pool to be open. Again, the property itself was perfect for our amount of guests. Spacious, clean, enough bathrooms and privacy for each of us to be together or not."

"A great property for a large group with plenty of room inside and outside. The bedrooms are comfy, the common areas & kitchen are big enough for everyone, and the outside area is quite special. It was nice to grill outside and hear the creek! Communication and check-in was efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend to any large group - and the hibachi grilling area is fun"
