"I did not have my itinerary from Expedia and raised an issue about the bill with the front desk. The representative explained how the discount normally applied. I believed it to be different. I found the itinerary and the representative was absolutely correct. The representative still provided me an additional credit which they did not have to do as the issue was my error. Very nice gesture by them. We have stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed our stay as always. The food we ordered at the Tiki Bar was delivered hot and was very good on each occasion we ordered. Staff was great both inside the hotel and at the pool and Tiki Bar. Great location, great service and great time. We can't wait to go back."

"Love staying at sunshine key and always rent their cabins. The tiny homes are beautiful and have a great view. The RVs need some upgrading ASAP. The staff is very attentive and accommodating"

"The house was clean and nice. The dock was a must even without a boat. You see manatees, dolphins and can catch some smaller fish. The pool and bottom area is a great place for families. The host was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this location."

"Staff was friendly. Room was great stocked with dishes microwave full size frig. Spacious and had a pull out couch bed that was so helpful. Had a front area with tables and chairs, plus umbrellas. Pool was clean and refreshing. They even had kayaks, paddle boards to use for free. Bikes for free. Even breakfast for free. And not just your continental one, we had eggs, pancakes, bacon,sausage, French toast, It was awesome. I’m so glad I chose them. I felt safe since I travel alone with my teenager that means a lot to me. It’s close to a lot of excursions and beaches."
