Luxury details pair with modern amenities for a fantastic North Georgia stay. And with a spot on Lake Disharoon, you'll have easy access to the lake, beach, and waterpark.

The luxury living room is beautifully furnished, with a plush leather sofa, river stone fireplace, and board games for family game night. Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, stay entertained with big screen TVs throughout the home, and have fun with a pool table, ping pong table on the deck, and Atari arcade with 100+ games! When you want some fresh air, relax on the screened-in deck or the open deck with a grill!

Cabin was in a beautiful setting. Big Canoe seems like a nice community. The location would be good during the summer as it’s an easy walk to the “beach”. Some things we think could be improved: 1. More info on amenities and prices in the community. Stating some things have fees and some don’t without stating what the amenities are just makes the whole thing more complicated. List them out so people can decide what to look into. 2. The downstairs had obvious water damage/mold. This can be hazardous for people with allergies, like our group. 3. This cabin had a flat driveway, but only parking for 2 cars. The last mile to the cabin however was very steep, and a one car width road with lots of houses. 4. Beds could use some upgrades. And the mattress covers could use replacing. For 600/night, it felt a little cheaply done bedding wise.

Beautiful house

The house was as perfect as the pictures. Everything you need is available. Coffee pot is pods only would have been very happy to have known before we arrived not in the information. House was clean a few things could have made it an excellent stay. Shower curtains were moldy, towel bar broken, and when called for assistance in maintenance didn’t ever arrive or were very late in coming. Otherwise a great home to stay great view.

Great Stay!

We had a family vacation with my brother, sisters and mother as well as their spouses. We had plenty of space, water was always hot and the bedrooms were very roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Lots to do in the local area.

Weekend get away

The house overall is nice. Could use some cleaning outside and perhaps some game choices for family entertainment. We had a raining weekend and thankfully no kids or it would have been difficult to entertain them with just TVs.

Mountain lake cabin

This house worked well for our family with our adult children and grandchildren for a winter weekend getaway. Proximity to hiking trails was a real plus! The beautiful view of the lake and golf course was great, The layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms and additional game room/sitting area worked really well for us. Beds were comfortable. Overall, the house was clean and well-supplied; however, there were no spoons, the refrigerator shelves (2) and one drawer were broken (thankfully there was a second fridge downstairs), the coffee pot and some of the cooking utensils were not clean; there was trash on the downstairs outdoor porch when we arrived, and the outdoor grill has holes in the firebox (safety concern).

Perfect place

I have no words to describe how wonderful it was to be in this incredible place, an apparently rustic environment but clean, smelling, the bedding really smells clean, friends came directly from Brazil to spend the winter holidays and everything was wonderful… thank you to the entire Big Canoe team

Beautiful home on the lake

Beautiful, large home in a great location within Big Canoe! It was spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable with great vetting which is huge to me when it comes to traveling. Great for a large family or multiple families traveling as there’s a large pantry.
