Relax at this peaceful cabin in quiet Boulder Bay! One block up from the lake, this open beam bungalow has an electric fireplace and EV charging included (BRING YOUR CABLES). Fireplace can be converted to log burning if discussed with host. Three cozy bedrooms with Casper mattresses. One full bath. Central closet has games for family fun with a pack ‘n play. Backyard is completely fenced with hot tub and gas BBQ. 10 minute drive to the Village and 15-20 min to slopes! High speed Wi-Fi.

Whole home to yourself with private HOT TUB in enclosed back yard. Enjoy easy flat driveway parking and a quiet front deck with swing. Care has been taken to ensure a stocked kitchen with cooking essentials. Open floor plan with high beamed living room. Full bathroom with tub/shower, large sink and cabinets.

Self check-in allowed per Big Bear Lake regulations. Door has digital keypad. Please sign Good Neighbor Policy and send picture of policy as well as ID on check-in.

Use of two beach cruisers included with rental!! Free trolley stops ten minute walk from house and drops you at village! Private car easiest for getting around.

EV charging included with price of rental! You must bring your own cables as this is a NEMA universal outlet.
Two beach cruisers available/included! Four fishing poles. Use at your own risk. Helmets not included. Please review City rules posted on fridge. Ask for early or late check-in! I try to be flexible if we have open dates in the calendar.
Dogs are welcome! Any damage from pets will be charged to guest. $50 pet fee to cover additional cleaning per cleaning staff. Absolutely no cigarette smoking on property inside or out. Property equipped with exterior security cameras. No interior cameras to protect your privacy. All trash must be put in driveway bins. Trash left will be billed per bag by cleaners.

Great weekend getaway with our two small pups in this well equipped home, away from home. The lake was only a block away and the fall weather was beautiful. Host was communicative and you can tell that she put a lot of thought in the amenities to make her guests feel welcome.

Good as Advertised - Would Stay Again

The place is nice and cozy, and clean. It is very near the lake and a short drive from the Village. We took our dog with us. So, this is a pet friendly spot and the yard was secure. The host was responsive to communication too.

Great Getaway

This place was perfect for our escape from the summer heat. The home is nicely decorated, the bed very comfortable, the hot tub wonderful, and we were very close to Boulder Bay park. It was great to be able to bring our dogs, too! They loved the backyard and walking to the lake.

Great little cabin!

This is a super cute and comfortable cabin!! My husband and I came up with our dog for the 4th of July. We really enjoyed this cabin. Prefect location.. short walk to the lake and park.. a couple minutes drive to the village. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. We visit Big Bear a few times a year and this will be our go to spot for all future trips!

Bayview Christmas Stay

Everything was perfect! My family and I spent Christmas at Bayview and we felt at home. The house was very clean and if we had a question Melissa was quick to answer. The location of bay view was also perfect. Just a little walk to Boulder Bay. The house was perfect for 4 people. The added plus was the jacuzzi! We had a great time and can’t wait to visit again!

Frustrating

The check-in process was quick and easy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The hot tub was amazing. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, which means we had to leave the windows open. This meant that the entire house was covered in pollen our entire stay. Even with screens, the beds were covered in gnats and bugs. With the window shut, the house was incredibly hot. When we first arrived, it didn’t look like the cleaning people had been there. There was stuff on the counters and the sheets had stains on them. My first night of vacation I was doing laundry. We tried to take the kayaks out but unfortunately one of them kept deflating. The bicycles were super cool to explore the area. I’m not sure the owners could have done anything to rectify the situation. It really was just nature. That’s why we didn’t reach out to them.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Bayview Bungalow! The concierge and Melissa were accommodating and easy to work with. The kids went straight for the toy box when the walked in and could even do some mini sledding in the front yard! The house was perfect for our family of four and even had an extra room. The rooms are cozy and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked too. We truly enjoyed our stay even though it was cut short due to weather! Absolutely would stay again. Thanks Melissa!

Beautiful home!!

Perfectly appointed bungalow in great locale, for people & pups

Lovely bungalow with thoughtful touches, clean, and in our favorite neighborhood (walkable to the lake, close to village and snow activities). Great communication with owner/host. Despite minor maintenance issues (hot tub) and responsive attempts to repair it during our stay, we’ll definitely stay again. Cute, clean and pupper approved!

Home Away From Home

This was our family’s first trip going to Big Bear, this home was just perfect for our trip! The pictures don’t do justice. The house was very clean and well kept. The owner and concierge were very communicative and made our stay very comfortable. They provided toys for the littles and enough tv subscriptions to just stay in and watch a movie! We will definitely be staying here again for our future trips!

Great place for a getaway

My wife and I came here with our newborn for a quick weekend getaway. Melissa was super communicative throughout the stay and even accommodated an early check in for us to feed our son more easily. The listing was as described and had almost everything you could need. A few things that would make it better: -no soap / body wash in the shower (I’m sure if I had messaged Melissa she would have provided this for us) -not having AC made the place quite hot during the day Overall I’d definitely recommend staying here!
