「The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

「Great little cabin in the woods! Wifi, hot tub, fireplace worked and were eays to use. Only complaint was the floor was a little dusty when we got there. Other then that the family had a great time!」

「Check-in was tedious, after 5 you must call the office; I checked in at 8, I had to stand outside at the door and call two different numbers to reach someone. When they answered they made me feel as though I interrupted their rest and asked with a doubtful tone if I was at the door .The unit- the front door's bottom door knob was flimsy and loose.It had an old, stale unpleasant odor. The couches seemed old, cushion stuffing was coming out and they were not inviting, we covered them with sheets....

「Great place to stay. The house was clean and the perfect size for the two of us. It was a quiet neighborhood so sitting in the hot tub in the evenings was peaceful and relaxing. We used the bbq every night and had some great meals. It was fun to visit all the attractions and shops. The only thing we had a hard time with was the backyard. It was full of a weed called foxtails so it was not a place for the dog.」

「Great, cozy place for two small families. Enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Washer and dryer came in handy for our baseball boys' uniforms during a tournament weekend. Everything was within a 5-min drive. Neighborhood was calm and quiet.」
