This quaint, two-story cabin has two spacious bedrooms upstairs, while the main floor features a comfortable living room with a queen pull-out couch. - Weather Check: Be sure to check weather conditions for Big Bear before your visit. Snow chains, winter boots, and extra layers may be necessary in colder months.
- Trash: We kindly request that guests take out the trash upon departure.
- Heating & Cooling: The cabin has a wall heater and gas fireplace but no AC; the space heats quickly and stays cozy.
- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the property.
- We do not allow party speakers, DJ, karaoke
- No music outside at all times
- No fireworks
- No unauthorized guests without letting the host know
- No shampoos, lotions or bath bombs are allowed inside the hot tub
Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval.
Hosts and owners are not responsible for your or your guests' safety inside or outside the property. You understand the risk of drowning in the hot tub and take full responsibility. Children should not be left unattended in the backyard or near the hot tub at any time.
