「We had a wonderful stay at Spindle Cottage in Bielby. It’s a lovely, traditional cottage full of character, set in a peaceful rural location that’s perfect for switching off and relaxing. Despite the quiet setting, it’s only a short drive to nearby supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, which made it really convenient. The hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. A great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable countryside stay...

「Beautiful accommodation. Friendly staff. Great price including a wonderful breakfast.」

「駐車場があり停めやすい．部屋は清潔でジャグジー付きの大きなバスタブで旅行の疲れが取れました．来年もまた来たいです。リフトがないのでそこだけ大変かな。」

「Quiet with parking. The restaurant was exactly what we were looking for. The room was ok. We almost locked ourselves in because the door handle fell off.」

「We booked this as a last minute booking and wasn't sure ehat we were expecting but wow what a place! Beautifully designed, nice and relaxing. Staff couldnt do enough and great value for the rooms, Breakfast was lovely too! Only 20 minutes away from York City Centre will definitely be staying again」

「Beautiful hotel and staff」

「Very helpful staff. Good choice of food and drink. Comfy beds」

「This is my favourite place to stay. Clean rooms with everything you need for a short stay. The food is amazing and plenty of choice. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend」

「Cute hotel, good location, modern, and nice to have the tavern attached for a drink and breakfast, but the double room was very small and with no closet, drawers or anywhere to put suitcases we had little floor space left. Too cramped for a couple but probably great for one person. Also it's loud if you have a room facing the square. I would stay again, but in a larger room at the back of the hotel.」

「We only stayed at Ashbourne House for one night and it was very nice. Lovely room with a Comfortable bed, great shower and towels. Plenty if tea and coffee, and if you ran out you could get more from a dish on the landing also a sweet treat if you needed it, which I thought was a nice touch. It was a bit away from restaurants and the main shopping but public buses stopped just down the road and was easy to catch and came regularly if you didn’t have a car. If you did have a car there seemed...

「Was a beautiful stay, the room was really clean, the property well maintained. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again or advise anyone to stay ☺️ thankyou!」

「Hotel is central. Bed is small for two and you hear noise for the other rooms.」

「A near perfect stay at Delta hotels. The food, staff and pool were perfect. The only minus was the room’s bathroom which desperately needs an upgrade. Otherwise a great hotel next to the racecourse with a beautiful walk down the river into York. Would definitely come back.」

「Property lovely, high standard interior. Staff on reception felt a little awkward as if on guard sat at a desk near the stairs but were always friendly. Access was a little difficult due to cars parked around the entrance to the car park. I guess to avoid the additional charge per night extra charge which we paid. Upon leaving our car was covered in tree sap but it will wash off. We stayed for 4 days and no one came into our room to empty our bins, replenish toiletries or restock the hot drink...

「歴史のある建物、イギリス式庭園もすばらしかった。 敷地内に池や小川もあり、散策も楽しめました。」
