Great place, great staff (there could be more) the smaller units are nice but not for extended stays. Signage is lacking. Overall very good.

Worst camping experience in The Netherlands

Worst service staff and adding extra fees on arrival even when everything has been prepaid. Legal actions is on its way with my lawyer. Don't stay at this camping if you don't want to be screwed.

Schlechter Service und Sauberkeit unbefriedigend. Unfreundlicher Rezeptionist, kapputter Lattenrost beim Bett, schmutzige Gläser und staubige Ecken. In drr Beschreibung waren Handtücher annonciert, waren nicht vorhanden. Hätten wir gegen Gebühr von 8,50€ p. Person zukaufen müssen.Rezeption nach 17h nicht erreichbar. Reklamierter Lattenrost: es wurde ein kleines Brett über die gebrochenen Latten gelegt : (((((

Sehr schön angelegter Ferienpark

Nachdem einige die Sauberkeit im Park moniert hatten in ihren Bewertungen war ich schon in Sorge, unser Ferienhaus war aber im Großen und Ganzen sauber. Natürlich nicht blitzblank, aber das hab ich auch nicht erwartet. Die Bettwäsche war eingeschweißt und somit frisch gewaschen und sauber. Auch die Parkanlage ist sehr sauber. Die Lage war toll, fast direkt am Wasser. Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig für zehn Personen. Es gab zum Beispiel keinen wirklich großen Topf. Wenn man für zehn Personen kochen möchte, ist das etwas schwierig. Auch haben wir auf Anfrage per E Mail die Info bekommen, dass keine Holzkohlegrill erlaubt sind, aber auf dem ganzen Gelände und auch im Supermarkt wurde Holzkohle und Holzkohlegrill verkauft und betrieben. Informationen über die Gegend und was man unternehmen kann, waren auch sehr dürftig. Das könnte noch ausgebaut werden aber insgesamt ist der Park für Familien sehr geeignet. Der Strand ist sehr flach, so dass kleine Kinder dort gut spielen können. Das Animations Angebot haben wir nicht genutzt daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Das Hallenbad ist für jüngere Kinder ganz okay die Umkleiden allerdings sehr dreckig, da es keine richtige Schleuse gibt und viele mit ihren Schuhen rein und raus laufen. Der Supermarkt auf dem Gelände ist sehr gut sortiert und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht also im Großen und Ganzen ein gelungener Urlaub. Ich kann den Park auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Ich möchte hiermit auf einige technische Probleme in unserem Zimmer aufmerksam machen. Leider waren weder Internet noch Fernsehen wie vorgesehen nutzbar, was die Nutzung des Zimmers beeinträchtigte. Zusätzlich funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht und der Herd wies ebenfalls Mängel auf. Eine rasche Behebung dieser Defekte wäre wünschenswert, um den Komfort für alle Gäste zu gewährleisten. Ich bitte um eine zeitnahe Reaktion und Lösung dieser Unannehmlichkeiten. Enttäuschend!

Die schonBezüge auf den Betten waren nicht sauber. Der Schlauch von der Dusche war kaputt, dass es immer im alle Richtungen spritzte. Die Duschstange völlig lose und am rappeln. Das Eisfach war völlig vereist. Die Tür an Terrasse könnte ich nur schließen, weil ich handwerklich begabt bin, sonst ging sie nicht zu! Das Schwimmbad war einfach nur ekelhaft. Gemischte Umkleiden ohne Tür nach draußen, also nur so verschränkte Wände, auch im Sommer Zog es, weil es regnerisch war und ich habe gefroren ohne Ende beim Umziehen. Im Eingang zur Umkleiden gab es stinkige Holzfächer für die Schuhe. Puah! Eeeekelhaft Drinnen hat sich alles komisch angefühlt... Der Boden, die Stühle, die Treppe ins Wasser, das Wasser sogar... Boah ne. Echt übel! Schnell weg da. Rutsche nicht probiert, weil keiner hatte Bock drauf. Die Minigolf Bahn war seit 3 Jahren nicht gekehrt und somit war das Spielen auch eher ein Witz. Alle anderen Familien haben es aber sehr ernst genommen und es gab sogar Streit, weil das alles nicht machbar war auf den Bahnen. Für 800 Euro für 5 Nächte (an 16h und ab um 10h!!!!) War es meine 1. Erfahrung in europarcs und auch definitiv die letzte!!!! Es ist echt krass überteuert und nicht schön.

Die Preise in der Gastronomie waren zu hoch für die gebotene Qualität. Ansonsten war der Park sehr ruhig und das Entertainmentprogramm gerade für die Kinder war sehr schön. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Einkaufen war top.

Vi bodde i ett jättemysigt område och läget var dessutom hyfsat nära Walibi Holland vilket var ett stort plus för oss. Tyvärr var uteplatsen på vår stuga ganska smutsig och nedskräpad av fågelbajs, vilket drog ner helhetsintrycket något. Hade detta varit åtgärdat hade upplevelsen blivit betydligt bättre. Trots detta hade vi en trevlig vistelse och skulle absolut kunna tänka oss att komma tillbaka!

Mein Freund und ich haben mit unserem Hund 4 Nächte hier verbracht. Insgesamt war es schön. Das einzige was störte waren sehr viele Glasscherben auf der Terrasse. Also es waren keine sehr großen aber viele kleine. Auch auf der Wiese. Wi sind nicht pingelig, aber wenn man mit einem Welpen unterwegs ist der alles noch erkundet, ist das nicht so toll.weiterhin flogen jedes Mal beim abpumpen der Spülmaschine die Sicherungen raus. Es kam jemand, doch beim Nächsten abpumpen war das gleiche Problem da. Insgesamt würden wir für einen Kurzurlaub dennoch nochmal kommen

Goed verblijf.

Meer dan tevreden. We zijn daar in 2016 geweest, toen was het nog Ooststappen maar sinds Europarcs het heeft overgenomen is het alleen maar beter geworden. Accomodatie was top en service bij de receptie was een 8. Telefonisch bereikbaarheid valt wel tegen, he moet lang wachten voordat je iemand krijgt te spreken.
