「The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with.」

「Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....

「We stayed here over Memorial Weekend for a family wedding at the Bradford house and Gardens. The location was perfect. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the patio for our morning coffee. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the driveway was pretty steep and found it easier to park at the bottom of the driveway. The host made us brownies which was a delightful treat.」

「We ended up needing to come to town for our nephews graduation. This location was perfect for us and was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. 「My daughter is preparing to relocate to Athens for graduate school and we needed to stay a few days to find an apartment and acclimate her to the city. This little spot was just perfect. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and my daughter and I enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front porch. And you can't beat the location - close to everything and private parking. The owners were responsive and addressed a minor issue promptly....

「House was fully stocked with towels and things of that nature. Property itself was as promised. Any issue that arose during the trip was very swiftly resolved with one message to the property management. Who was very eager and ready to help at any time day or night.
