Sea Colony, Walk to Beach & Tennis--Beautiful, Sparkling Clean Getaway!

Enjoy the beach and everything it has to offer from our lovely Sea Colony condo. Rented only recently, it was our private getaway for years. After upgrading both baths, kitchen, floors, and HVAC, we decided to move to Delaware and retire in a larger home in the area.

That means our beautiful first-floor place is yours to enjoy: Sleeps 4-6 in two bedrooms (primary bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds) plus a queen sleeper sofa, new walk-in tiled showers with glass doors (no bathtub), dishwasher, cooktop, microwave/convection oven, and a large private deck overlooking Sea Colony's Swan Pond. Freshly painted in 2024.

Sea Colony's world-class tennis center (over 30 indoor/outdoor courts including dedicated pickleball courts) is across the street. Walk to 12 pools, playgrounds, Fitness Center (basketball, indoor lap pool, machines, fitness classes) and Sea Colony's private half-mile beach. Or take the shuttle (in season) to the beach. Enjoy biking, walking trails, and fishing. At night, there are great sunsets and a variety of local restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream shops. Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, MD, are close by. Or, stay in, watch the 55-inch TV and relax on the deck. The location provides a quiet retreat, while being close and convenient to the action.

We’re on the ground level of a two-story building. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a deluxe beverage center that was installed where the conventional oven used to be. There are plenty of options for cooking: large microwave/convection oven, oversized toaster/broiler, or cooktop. Coffeemaker is a Keurig.

Reliable Comcast internet and cable TV and a beautiful deck on Sea Colony's Swan Pond make relaxing or working remotely a breeze!

BRING YOUR OWN LINENS (bed, bath & beach + sheets and towels), beach chairs, and bikes. Or, let us know and we'll recommend local providers. All guests over four years old must purchase a weekly Sea Colony recreation badge (2025: $15 from January 1-May 2; $25 from May 3-June 6; $55 from June 7-September 12; $25 from September 13-September 19; $15 from September 20-March 31, 2026; or whatever rates are in effect). A parking pass is included.

Keyless, no-contact entry. We clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces after each guest.

What's special about our place? Early check-in (12:30 pm) gives you extra vacation time; luxurious walk-in showers (both are tiled with glass doors); the Swan Pond view from our large deck; plus it's sparkling clean with comfortable beds. We live just a mile away so we're nearby if our guests need anything. Read our reviews!

One more thing: During the off-season, we're flexible about check-in and check-out times. :)

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is updated and very clean. Communication with the owner was great and the location is right in the middle of everything and an easy walk to the Freeman Center. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Spring Weekend Getaway

Had a great stay. My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend and even in May some of the pools were opened. We biked on the various paths and enjoyed breakfast on the back porch. Outstanding accommodations - best maintained and equipped house we have stayed in over 15 years at Sea Colony. Slip-up in communications with VRBO resulted in us not knowing combination for access to house and also that bed linens/towels were needed. But that turned out to be a minor detail as the house was excellent.

Another great Sea Colony Visit

This is our 4th time staying at this property. We love it! It’s conveniently located to the beach and Sea Colony marketplace as well as several pools. We scootered and rollerbladed to the beach and walked to the T1 pool. We’ll definitely be staying at this property again. The condo has everything you’d need for a week at the beach and the back porch is great to have your morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings. Suzanne is a great host and is wonderful with keeping us up to date with pertinent information regarding our stay.

Our third time

This is our third year staying at this property. Lovely, beautifully decorated condo in Sea Colony. Love the big TV and sitting on deck and listening to the fountain on pond you can see from deck. Very comfortable queen size mattress. Walking distance to pools, beach, restaurants. And it’s so peaceful! The owner is very accommodating and nice!

Lovely Place!

Clean and cozy! We specifically chose this place because it's managed by the owners and boy, so glad we did! The owners responded immediately with any questions we had leading up to our trip and while we were there! The place is conveniently located, well equipped and clean! We really enjoyed the deck! Plenty of wildlife to observe and the little lake made it extra special! The short walk to the beach is pleasant or it's easy to catch one of the trams that run through Sea Colony. Would definitely stay again!

Updated Sea Colony condo

Great location and nicely updated. Easy to get to the beach, the pools, tennis and dining ( and ice cream!) Deck overlooking the pond with fountain in the center was nice. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated and everything was in working order. A/C was on and we needed it with some very humid days. We have stayed at a lot of condos in Sea Colony and this was a very nice one.
