「I felt like I was in a resort...great location, beautiful view, fully loaded kitchen, big screen tv with comfy furniture to relax, plenty of space for the family and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for the week!! 「We had a wonderful 4 days at this property. This was the first time we rented on the Lakeside, and we were not disappointed. The unit was exactly as described, updated, and very neat and clean. Wonderful view from the deck/porch. Owner responded to questions quickly. We hope to return next year!」

「The property itself was a small cottage. Very clean and part of a large rental development. However, it was very difficult to find. The map was not helpful and signage is very poor. Additional fees to have access to amenities such as tennis( which we did not use since we only stayed one night ) was not disclosed until after booking. This is unacceptable!」

「Communication was excellent. Property is conveniently located on the 6th floor. great view of the ocean with steps away from the beach. The beach is private which does help control the crowd. Elevator was very close and parking conveniently close as well. A clock in the unit would be nice. We felt some things could be updated as it is a little dated. Guest passes are needed at $55 per person. Yes, we would stay here again. 」

「Very quaint, lovely VRBO unit. Tastefully decorated, very clean, bed was very comfy!! Great location, communication from the owner was excellent. There’s a mini golf and restaurants in the same parking lot, very close - the beach is a few blocks away as you have to walk around Sea Colony but very easy walk and also an easy .5 mile walk into downtown Bethany. We loved it and would stay again!」

「The Sea Colony property is lovely and well kept. It feels safe and secure no matter what time of day. It was also quiet and people were very respectful. 「I’ve been coming to Sea Colony for over 20 years and this was my favorite condo yet. The unit is very well-appointed. It’s the perfect location in the tennis community- close to the pool, fitness center, lake and tram stop. Owner was very easy to contact, but we didn’t need to because everything was seamless. We will be staging here again. 」

「This is a one bedroom condo that feels bigger than that. The living space and balcony are large and help make the space feel bigger. The condo also has 1.5 bathrooms to accommodate a family. We stayed with our 2 little kids and it was perfect for us.」

「Our stay in Bethany was a great getaway. The location is perfect. It’s close to restaurants and bars and “downtown” is just a 20 minute stroll down the beach. Check in here was super easy and everyone was friendly. We did notice a small leak coming through our ceiling in the kitchen. We called immediately and within 15 minutes someone was there to take care of it. The maintenance guys were super friendly and took care of the issue so we could continue to enjoy our stay. 「At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it.
