"This hotel is amazing. We arrived and live jazz was playing in the reception. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The place is so sleek and sexy. The luggage storage was even sexy if that’s possible. The housekeeping keep the rooms and common spaces spotless! The hotel and individual floors are ultra secure. For $20 more it was so worth it over Fosshotel. And it is so close to everything you want to see. I can’t say enough. We will be staying here every time we come to Reykjavík. Also, Dieg is in the lobby and has world renowned bagels and donuts. Do yourself a favor and just book it."

"The rooms were clean but the bathroom was small. We didn't add breakfast as the price was too high. Small bar, but no one usually there. They don't clean the room unless you ask. Rooms were sometimes warm so we opened the window. Good location... easy to get everywhere in the center."

"We had the best time in Iceland! The hosts were amazing, and we loved staying in the house. They have personal cats, and we had one traveler with a cat allergy, so that was a small hiccup. If you do not have that issue, we highly recommend staying here."
