"We had to wait a hour to check in because the room wasn’t ready at 4pm which is the check in time. The treehouse in the waterpark was broken down. The grill in the water park did not have any of the menu items I tried to order. The bathrooms in the lobby and the waterpark were dirty. Our room smelled like vomit. "

"Great Hotel rooms were very clean ,staff was very pleasant. We didn’t have a chance to use any ammenities. But would recommend this Hotel in the lake George Area Nice restaurants and room service was excellent. Fast service."

TV cable did not work well. guide not lined up with the TV channels on the TV. I forget a pillow and you were helpful in retrieving it from my room and having it at the desk for pick up by a friend of mine. Breakfast was good value for overall price paid. As was the guest room.
