"The rooms were clean. I say rooms because we started out on the 42nd floor. Was a little intimidating so I asked for a lower floor same view. Nicole accommodated us to the 19th floor, much better. All the staff were so friendly. Nicole deserves a raise, her smiling and friendly demeanor means a lot!!! This will definitely be our go to hotel when we’re in Miami. Also, the scent of this hotel is mentally soothing. I ordered the room spray. "

"Good apartment hotel, new and fresh-ish. Wasn’t as clean as we would have liked but still a great stay. Just a few stray hairs and the toothbrush holder was gross inside, that kind of thing. Didn’t really talk to any staff but the people at the desk were nice. Great having own laundry in the unit. We had a two bedroom apartment, the beds were small, double beds and they have that piece of wood sticking out as the surround which we both promptly kicked our toes the whole stay. Really nothing to complain about it’s a good hotel in a good area and it’s nicely decorated and presented. We would stay here again for sure."

"Truly a gem of a hotel. Small rooms and really just for sleeping. But clean. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. The pool deck has very comfortable lounges and this was a great perk of this hotel. I stayed before going on a cruise and was thrilled with my choice! "

"The unit I showed up to was so much different than the listing photos and reviews, I felt blindsided. The unit had seen better days. Besides the super worn..everything, the mattress was too small for the bed frame—like maybe they were trying to get away with a full sized bed in a queen frame; the floors and grout were filthy with evidence of previous guests food on the upholstered furniture. I left half way through the booking. The only two windows in the unit faced a courtyard for the entire unit, which also allowed each unit to see inside each others. It did not feel like a secure building and definitely was lacking in overall cleanliness and value. "
