"easy parking, I don't know if secure. My room had three little critters I found on the floor and bed that scared me, the TV didn't work despite help desk support, the place is nice and good location, but the service not great , I gave 2stars for a night employee that was nice. Disappointing overall"

"This is a very hip hotel with very tiny rooms - only for 2 people at most. We enjoyed the kitschy decor and the room was clean and everything was controlled by an ipad which my kid enjoyed. Problem is I took a really bad fall on the rooftop pool and ended up at ER and Urgent care where it was determined I had a fractured rib and deep bruising. The area around the pool is very dangerous and slick. I called the hotel to tell them what happened and was told I needed to email the management and inform the. I emailed them and they have not answered after a week, which basically tells me all I need to know about how much they don't care. It's really too bad but I feel like the slick surface is that way to fit the aesthetic of the hotels "theme" without any regard to the safety of their guests. It's a shame"
