"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

"Stayed three nights on vacation with the wife. Overall nice hotel, very opulent, nice buffet breakfast. Area was safe and close to the train station, but about a 12 minute walk across town from the lift station, so bear that in mind if using the lift and not the train. One not so good thing was the room, it had a weird configuration. There was a support beam running diagonally across the room, and the bed was mainly in the middle of the room, not against a wall. This made the room 'choppy' with no good paths to move around, and increased the risk of running into something accidently. If considering to stay here, ask to be sure not to get a room like ours. Wish I had taken a pic so readers could understand how problematic this layout really was."

"This hotel was a wonderful surprise. The staff was extremely friendly, and the small touches on arrival — water bottles, coffee, and croissants — made us feel very welcome. The guest amenities were great as well, including the pool, sauna, and steam room. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back."
