「Had to go through a 3rd party to get any info. 3rd party did provide correct # and name and host did respond. Great for the family to attend military ceremony. No coffee available at check in. Dishes put away unclean. Missing pieces to almost each game. Poker table but not a single deck of cards. Closes enough to go get essentials though. Grass did get mowed during our stay. Overall good property.」

「The property was exactly as described. Everything we needed was on site. The owner communicated check-in details the day before our arrival date so there was no guesswork. This was our first VRBO experience and it was great. We visit the area twice a year, and we will be staying here again next spring.」

「The property was exactly as listed. Very responsive communication from the owner.」

「Pamela’s basement suite was very clean and comfortable. She communicated quickly and easily with us. The suite had everything we needed and was very spacious. 」

「Really excellent property in a prime spot. High ceilings, full apartment amenities, sweet view of W Broad st. Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! They don't play.」

「My family of six stayed the night on our way back to upstate New York from Orlando. Nice place. Everyone was comfortable. Conveniently located 10ish minutes from I-95 and 5ish minutes from I-295. Host was great with communication. Would stay again.」

「Well stocked clean house. Very cute eclectic decorating. We loved that it was not close to the road.」

「We were on the way to visit my father at his home with hospice care, and we got a message from the host that the house was not available, and they would work on getting us a refund. Could not get another place to stay, as same day was too late. Super disappointed.」

「Room was clean and host was available. Door lock system was tricky, especially at night with no light.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our kids loved the amazing backyard, cozy furniture, and it provided us a great launch pad for a swim meet for our daughter. The kitchen is amazing, way better than other rentals we've stayed in. Cooking and healthy foods are often key to our stays, and this place delivered!」

「It was clean and nicely Renovated. It was clear, that they have put in work to improve the house. The showers could use a user manual.」

「We really enjoyed our stay, Friday - Sunday. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. Street park was easily available and the location is good. Note: as stated in the description, the area is very close to VCU, lots of students living in the area. They were very loud on Friday and Saturday late night into the early morning... bring earplugs, it helps a lot.」

「It was amazing and a great place to stay for our vacation」

「All was great」

「I highly recommend this property if you are ever in the Richmond Va area. The host was very friendly and helpful and responded right away when I needed to reach out!! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very accommodating with everything we needed.the backyard was quaint with just enough room for our fur baby. Plenty of shade for him to lounge around outside whenever he wanted to. I will definitely stay here whenever I’m in the area!!!!」

「Great Beautiful home. Clean, spacious. For one family or two. Kid friendly home. Host responds quickly. Great place to stay in Richmond. Mins away from convention center and VSU.」

「Fix the front door. We should not have to call at midnight to get a workaround because the front door doesn't work.」
