The property is in Berlin Altglienicke in the Treptow/Köpenick district, the largest district in Berlin, with the largest proportion of forests and waterways.

The site of around 750m² with free parking spaces and an area for children to play is an ideal starting point for getting to the inner city of Berlin and the cultural city of Potsdam.

The maisonette apartment no. 3 is on two floors and measures 50m². It has a modern and inviting interior and is suitable for up to four people. The upper floor has a bedroom with a sofa bed (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm). There is a bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower and under-floor heating. The living room has a kitchen corner. From here there are stairs to the open sleeping area.

Owing to the quiet location, you can relax away from the vibrant capital The apartment isabout 5km from Berlin Schönefeld airport, but is nevertheless very quiet, without air traffic noise, just the twittering of birds.

Tolle Woche in Berlin

Wir sind sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen worden und sehr gut in die Umgebung eingewiesen worden. Es war gut, ein Auto zur Verfügung zu haben, um schnell zur S-Bahn bzw. der Endstation der U7 zu kommen. Vielen Dank für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Berlin!
