Arbio I 1A family room located in Prenzlauer Berg center. It offers the comfort and convenience you desire for a relaxing stay. Each room features an en suite bathroom with a refreshing shower, ensuring privacy and comfort. You`ll find a spacious double bed and a small bed with adjustable head and footboards, along with separate mattresses and luxurious bed linen for a restful night`s sleep. Relax in the easy chairs provided while watching your favorite shows on the digital TV device.

This private room is equipped with a refrigerator, WiFi and other amenities to elevate your stay. The common area (Lobby B) has working desks to share and has small tea&coffee area (Lobby A).

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
