Quiet, Clean lots of cafes and restaurants of reasonable to good quality but also small shops/supermarkets nearby, if you want to grab snacks or a pint of milk and some bread & cheese. Google map tells you to go to Warschauer Str on S bahn line 5, 7 or 75 which is just 10-12 minutes walk, but there is a station nearer about 4 minutes walk. This however may need a change of train depending on which direction you're travelling to/from. In a hot summer (over 28 degrees C) not sure the air conditioning is powerful enough. Up to say 24C it was good (for me). Berlin is a great City !

I would like to leave an objective review, however the level of discomfort caused by this accommodation was present throughout our stay. There is no information provided about the room size, and for three adults the room was extremely small. Due to the sloped attic ceilings, we frequently hit our heads. There was no light in the corridor, so we had to use a phone flashlight to enter the code for the key locker. Heating and Wi-Fi were not available on the first day. The advertised terrace, kitchen, and iron were not provided. The photos do not allow a clear understanding of the accommodation, as they show multiple rooms without specifying which one will be assigned. In our case, this resulted in an unpleasant surprise. The bathroom had only one hook on the door, no shelves for toiletries, and a very small drying rack. Towels did not dry properly due to the lack of adequate space to hang them. Positive aspects: coffee sticks and tea were provided, the accommodation was clean, and the mattress was reasonably comfortable. The pillows, however, were worn. A mini fridge, kettle, and microwave were available, but the set of utensils was incomplete — there was no knife. Communication was limited. Messages were not answered, and the only available contact method was by phone. Without roaming minutes or sufficient language skills, this was not a practical option.

Sadly so much went wrong on my stay with 2 young children..The air con leaked water and therefore the room was extremrly hot as in the attic..The windows couldn't be opened fully as unsafe for my child. We were moved to another room but in that room there was no hot water. Then a man entered our room using the key pad but left when he saw us. Feeling very unsafe (as the staff I spoke to coukd not trsce doen eho it was) we moved again to the previous room and my children went to sleep far too late. It was an exhausting stay moving every dsy. No attempts were made to fix the air con or hot water. Good sized rooms that don't seem to be maintained well enough. Sadly I cannot recommend.

Super zentral . Der Flair an der Simon-Dach-Straße hat wirklich etwas eigenes gerade im Sommer super schön . Obwohl die Straßen und die ganzen Lokals gerade abends randvoll sind kann man trotzdem Mit Fenster offen schlafen . (Fenster zur Straßenseite ) . Es wirkt so als würden die Besitzer der Bars und der Kiosk drauf achten das die Lautstärke trotz hohem Andrang angemessen bleibt . Dazu zu erwähnen ist das Essens Angebot dort ist wirklich der Wahnsinn. Selten besser gegessen . Es gibt wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Einziges Manko war das die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat . Das Zimmer ist schon sehr warm gerade im Sommer . Aber ein Ventilator stand trotzdem zur Verfügung . Alles in allem super Aufenthalt . Auch der Check in vor Ort hat reibungslos funktioniert. Kommen gerne wieder .

Seyahatim Berlin’in son 15 yıldaki en soğuk haftasına denk geldi. Odanın sıcaklığı ve yatağın rahatlığı harikaydı. Her zaman sıcak su vardı. Oda yeterince temizdi. Karşılaştığımda çalışanlar son derece güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odanın içinde kahve makinası ya da su ısıtıcı yoktu
