「such a cozy little vibe. i’m definitely going to book this place once i travel to detroit area again!」

「Rating should be 3.5 stars. 4 adult middle aged males stayed at this Ferndale apartment. We spent the weekend at the Detroit curling club and only slept here. So It meant our needs. When we arrived there was no power to the back bedrooms and 4 or 5 space heaters were spread around the apartment. So clearly a regular furnace was not working. After 10 mins of exploring. We figured out the back bedroom space heater was tripping out power to bedrooms. That was annoying. I view a vrbo rental...

「The place was clean, neat and it's in a very safe area, close to shopping and good food. There were only two negatives. One the downstairs toilet kept running and master bedroom closet had noises coming from it at night. I think the noises was from other neighbors. 」

「The place was amazing - tons of space and great location!! Everything was provided and top of the line, beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay again when we are in Detroit. The garage was a really tight fit, but we did get our extended navigator in. 」

「This place was terrible. Should never have been listed. Ceilings dirty, previously wet and sagging. Carpet ripped and FILTHY. Horrible patchwork pink paint covering dirt and graffiti in the hallway. Host never responded with entry information. It was all bad. Vrbo did set me up in a hotel for 3 of my 5 nights then I had to find lodging for the rest of my stay Awaiting my refund for that.」

「Drove in from Chicago with my boyfriend, parents, and younger brother and his girlfriend for a weekend trip. The location was perfect for things we wanted to do during our stay. We were within a quick drive to Belle Isle, Whole Foods, Eastern Market, and a plethora of restaurants. The unit itself was super clean and had all the amenities we could’ve wanted. The ability to park a car in the garage was a very nice touch. Overall, it was nice staying in such a historic and wonderfully restored...

「This is a nicely furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 half bath condo with walking access to the downtown shops and restaurants. Plenty of extra linens and a nice washer/dryer. Kitchen is spacious with lots of seating. Very convenient and comfortable place to stay. We would definitely stay again.」

「Newly renovated was the only positive. Wasn’t upfront about the plugged toilet and tried to mask the smell by locking the door and putting bleach in the bottom of the dishwasher and Lysol. Was promised 2 bathrooms and 4 adults from different families had to use one. A charge of garbage disposal for $50 We were from a different country - where is the garbage going to go. Back to Canada 🇨🇦」

「Would stay there again. Could use a few more things in the kitchen. Baking sheet and some sugar and sweeteners for the coffee. Only major complaint was floors had a greasy film on them and need a good steam cleaning or replacing. Could not go with out shoes. No toddler or baby would be allowed on them the way they were.」
