Good hotel in divine little town in Alsace.

Good hotel in the wine district of Alsace. Room and hotel was in good condition. They also have a pool and a very good restaurant. I can recommend this place. Extra plus for friendly service.

This is a nice hotel with a restaurant. It is located in Bergheim, which is not touristy. My primary reason for the 3 rating is that our room was extremely hot, even though the lower parts of the hotel seemed cool.

Great property in the middle of the wine routes in Alsace. Great customer service, rooms are clean and well maintained. I was there with my family including 2 small children. Would recommend this for all travelers. Restaurant was amazing, great food and service. All the noteworthy places in the Alsace region are within a short drive. Overall great experience!

Lovely small city and very charming old hotel. our flat was very nice. The breakfast was average. The pool is only for adults and when I booked - I could not see this. We have 3 kids so they were not happy.

Dont miss this place!

Amazing town, full of colourful old buildings. The accommodation was perfect, if you want an authentic French experience, this is the place you shoukd stay. Great pool and spa, great restaurant. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone!

Very nice hotel situated next to the old town gate. Nice outdoor restaurant inside as well as a nice cellar restaurant. No AC but still no too warm in room although the temperature outside topped 34 daytime.

I was disappointed with my stay here. The advertising gives the impression of an authentic Alsatian experience, but in reality it felt more like a tourist trap. The restaurant served low-quality meals with frozen vegetables and ingredients that were far from the fresh, regional food one expects in Alsace. The overall atmosphere did not reflect the local culture, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. If you’re looking for a genuine French or Alsatian experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, this place does not meet the standards you would expect for the region.

Das Hotel verfügt über ein besonders schönes, typisches Elsässer Flair und bietet ein gutes Frühstück, ein uriges Restaurant mit Elsässer Küche und einen Pool zur Erfrischung. Wir haben uns in dem historischen Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst.

Schön und romantisch trifft auf den Innenhof zu. Unser Zimmer war leider ein ehemaliger Kellerraum und als wir die Tür geöffnet haben, kam uns die feuchte Luft schon entgegen. Enorm muffig und im Badezimmer haben die Armaturen nicht richtig funktioniert. Küchenzeile und Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr alt!
