"Cedar Creek was fantastic. Here I thought I was just going to another hotel room, but this place was unbelievable. All amenities were included in the very reasonable over night price. And…..the breakfast was incredible! Staying here is an absolute no brainer, if you’re visiting the Hermann or Washington area."

"The room was very clean, and the amenities in the room were great. My attic room was wonderfully cool, which is exactly what I needed after two long, hot days. I had called ahead of time to ask about the breakfast option, but when I got there I wasn't given any information about breakfast. I wasn't even told about breakfast at all. Also, I arrived a little early and called the number on the door to ask if I could check in at that time. The person on the other end said no, which is perfectly understandable, but there was nowhere for me to go or to put my stuff, even though when I called ahead of my trip, I was told that if I arrived early I could at least put my bags in the office until check-in time. The person on the phone sounded a little frantic, which I understand when trying to turn rooms over for the weekend, but they were also a little abrupt and almost hung up on me. I understand if the Inn is short-staffed, but there have to be better solutions for when people come from out of town and arrive early. At the bare minimum, when answering the phone, the person on the other end could show a little compassion for having to climb up those stairs with bags in 90+ degree weather. Despite this slightly negative start to the weekend, the stay itself was very nice and I enjoyed myself. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"For a cheaper hotel room for the area the place was pretty nice. I’m sure why people are leaving reviews about not getting their $1.50 back, if that’s the case they probably shouldn’t be traveling. The front desk person was upfront with me about having visitors and pets and none of that was a problem. Great place if you plan on just needing a place to stay for the night or don’t expect all the amenities as higher end hotels. Would stay again!"
