「We arrived in the evening and everything was closed but there were clear instructions how to enter using the padlocks. Didn't see anyone while we stayed the night.」

「Bon établissement, un peu compliqué quand vous ne parlez pas la langue (carte pas en anglais non plus) mais le personnel fait l’effort de parler anglais. Pas de clim dans les chambres, en été ça peut poser problème pour certains, balcon fleuris toujours agréable (que vous pouvez laisser ouvert la nuit histoire de faire rentrer de l’air frais). 「We had an amazing time over Christmas at Villa Alma. Sofia was a great host and very attentive. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's easy to get to from Salzburg and there's plenty of transport to get around nearby. There are a few good walks locally, including amazing views at the top of the Zwolferhorn. There was a good variety for breakfast, and the room was well designed and comfortable. The whole hotel was stylish and well thought through. Would definitely recommend.」

「Das Hotel ist sehr gut, nur meine Unterkunft war für mich vollkommen ungeeignet. Habe eine wunderschön ausgebaute Bodenkammer mit Schrägen bekommen. Für mein Alter und meine Behinderung war das nicht akzeptapel. Auf dem Portal konnte ich das leider vorher nicht angeben.」
