「I don't often pick five stars for all aspects of a stay but I really couldn't think of or find any fault with this property. It was as described. The apartments are spotless on check-in, the check in stafff friendly and helpful and the apartments are really furnished to a high standard. If I was to pick out one thing that had us a little anxious, it was the potential for setting off the smoke alarm when cooking. The location for our Summer holiday was excellent. 「The apartment was nice. It’s quite a walk from the centre of Salzburg but a nice walk along the river. Unfortunately the electrical equipment provided was unsafe and the hairdryer exploded whilst I was using it with lots of smoke. I reported this but the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered. I’m glad it was an adult using the hairdryer and not a child. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason. I think that all electrical equipment within the complex should be reassessed for safety.」
