"Self check in was not easy. No reception staff available. Room was clean, very basic, had to share a communal kitchen one floor above ours. Booked sea view, ours had huge buildings in front of our window with a little view of the water to the side if it! Very disappointed. "There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
