Tres plantas: a pie de calle garaje en el que nos entró nuestra furgoneta de 9 plazas+ un txoko con futbolín y billar, 1 planta con salón comedor amplio con terraza con vistas al mar,un baño y cocina muy bien equipada con salida a otra terraza con barbacoa,y la última planta,con 4 habitaciones,dos baños y salida al jardín,con una MARAVILLA de piscina climatizada. 「Pros: Die Große der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, so war es als 4 köpfige Familie ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Möbel und Unterhaltungselektronik ist Up to Date. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse inklusive Grillstation und Küchenzeile! Cons: Sehr wenig hat nicht gefallen. Es war gut, dass wir einen Mietwagen hatten, sonst wäre der Weg den Hügel hoch etwas beschwerlich gewesen.」

"In general, people in the service industry I met in Spain always provide pretty good service. The pool was nice. The room’s ok, though the bathroom’s dated. The big problem we had with the bathroom was safety. My child had trouble going in and out the tub and hit her head on the floor. It was not good, though there was a sign next to the tub to warn people to be careful about the tub. Also, there was a towel rack on top of the tub at a very inconvenient people. I have to say, because of the bathroom, I would not stay at this hotel again."

"I stayed for three nights. While the room was clean, I was very disappointed with the service. ・At check-in, I was given a king-size bed despite booking a twin room. I confirmed my reservation multiple times—it was definitely for two single beds. However, I was told otherwise at the front desk. ・Wi-Fi was unusable for the first two days. Although I was given a password at check-in, I couldn’t connect. When I asked, I was told the Wi-Fi had been down since the previous morning and that it was managed by another company. I understand it’s outsourced, but the staff’s response—implying it wasn’t their problem—was frustrating. ・Housekeeping was concerning. On day one, cleaning soap was left on the desk. On day two, the trash bin with an open lid was left on the desk, which was quite unpleasant. ・I ordered food at the bar next to reception and was told I could eat it in my room. The next day, the dishes were still there, so I brought them to the front desk. I was told, “I don’t know what to do with this.” I understand there’s no room service, but I found this response very unhelpful. Was I supposed to leave the dishes in the room? ・The elevator requires a room key to operate, which is good for security, but my key rarely worked. It sometimes took over 10 tries, and I often missed the elevator. It was very stressful. I had looked forward to this stay, but overall, it became a frustrating experience. "
