Villa 'Pepa' with Sea Views, Heated Pool and Wi-Fi

Villa Pepa is located in Chilches, 5 km from Rincón de la Victoria and just 900 m from the beach, offering spectacular sea views. The property features a private heated pool in winter. Spread over two floors, it has a living room with a sofa bed for two, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, several coffee makers, kettle, paella pan, iron, fridge and freezer. There are five bedrooms with three double beds (1.50 m), seven single beds (90 cm), an extra bed, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning and heating in all rooms and the living room, a 50" TV, and a games room with pool table and table football. A cot and high chair are also available for babies. Children are welcome.



The private outdoor area offers a year-round heated pool, garden, and three open terraces, one with a barbecue next to the kitchen. The property is 800 m from a supermarket, 3 km from several beach bars, and 6 km from a shopping center. Rincón de la Victoria is a 6-minute drive away. There is parking for one car on the property and street parking for three cars. One pet is allowed for an additional fee. Late check-out is available for an extra charge (on request). Parties are not permitted. The pool may be used at night in complete silence, and music is only allowed until 11:00 p.m. Groups of young people are not accepted unless accompanied by at least two responsible guardians over 25. Information on routes, restaurants, beaches, car rentals, and taxis is provided. The owner can assist with bookings and speaks English, French, and Spanish.
