En meget ubehagelig oplevelse – advarsel til familier med børnVi er en familie med små børn, som havde set frem til en afslappende ferie – men det blev desværre en meget ubehagelig og stressende oplevelse. Vi nåede aldrig frem til huset, vi havde lejet, fordi vejen dertil var ekstremt farlig. Den var meget stejl, ujævn og fuldstændig uegnet til almindelige biler. Vores bil gik i stykker på grund af forholdene, og vi sad fast på bjerget med vores børn.Værten dukkede op og tilbød at få bilen transporteret op til huset. Vi takkede nej, da det ikke løste problemet – vi kunne jo stadig ikke køre sikkert op og ned under opholdet, og det var utrygt for os som børnefamilie. Kort efter skrev vi både til værten og til Vrbo for at forklare situationen og bede om refundering, men vi fik aldrig noget svar.Vi var nødt til at finde et hotel i sidste øjeblik og tage en dyr taxa dertil. Det betød, at vi brugte penge, som ellers var sat af til ferie og aktiviteter med børnene, på reparation af bilen, ekstra overnatning og transport.Det var en meget skuffende oplevelse, og vi føler os efterladt uden hjælp eller forståelse. Vi kan ikke anbefale dette sted – især ikke til familier med børn eller folk uden firehjulstrukket bil. Det bør tydeligt fremgå i annoncen, hvor farlig vejen er, og det er helt urimeligt, at man kan miste hele beløbet uden nogen form for kompensation eller dialog.
