This is our second year to rent this property. Location was perfect; close to BSU, downtown restaurants & stores, golf courses, neighborhood walks and our daugnter's house. Check-in was easy. The hosts responded in a timely manner and even had the fireplaces ready to go before our arrival. We used all the amenities: sauna, pool table, 4 season patio, tvs, etc. We consider this cabin our "home away from home" in Bemidji. Thanks Logan & Meg!

Lovely Cabin

The cabin is well maintained and exceptionally clean. The hosts are excellent about communication. The sunroom is an absolutely lovely place any time of the day or night. Some things came up during our stay that were unfortunately timed, as the hosts had little control over being able to “fix” them, but they were informative and understanding.

Great place on Lake Bemidji

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. We attended a family reunion in a nearby park so we were busy most of the weekend and weren’t able to take advantage of the big backyard and kayaks. Grandchildren enjoyed pool table. Lots of sleeping options. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Hosts responded quickly to my questions before we arrived. Highly recommend!

Relaxing & Convenient

Lake location is lovely, enhanced by kayak access. Convenient to the college, stores, etc. and our daughter's house on the same street. Communication with hosts was excellent and prompt; check-in was easy. A group of seniors, so ground floor bed/bath was great and downstairs bed/bath was very private. Made great use of four season patio for breakfast & lunch, well supplied with board games. Hope to stay here again next year. Thanks so much to our great hosts!

An amazing stay++++

The house layout is perfect. It was myself and 2 kids for the trip. The kids had their layout in the main room although I wanted them to stay downstairs in the comfy beds. They are 9 and 7 year olds....so they want to stay close to dad. The house is totally updated with technology. New TVs mounted in almost every room. Great WiFi and the blutooth home surround was a surprise that was amazing. My favorite room in the entire house was the 4 seasons room overlooking the lake. LOVED IT and WANT IT year long. The distance to the lake is some steps, but well worth it once you get there. We rented a boat up the lake at latitude218 and he delivered the boat to us which was amazing since I was wondering how that would work with being a single parent on the trip. The owners was great with communication. There were several questions I had to them prior to and they answered almost immediately. They even reached out during our stay to make sure everything was good. The only complaint we had was not due to the house or the owners, but due to the amount of rain they have received over the course of months prior to our stay. The backyard was a sponge and definitely not something possible for outdoor activities in the backyard. But we had a boat and wanted to use that, so once you travel thru that to the dock you are set. :) One key if you travel on a boat past the reeds where it cliffs off to 15feet is where the fish are. Kids loved it!!
