「Excellent little old hotel. Unfortunately, some features are in need if maintenance: the water flow is next to trickle, taking a shower is an ordeal. If you flash the toilet, there isn't enough wayet pressure to even wash your hands until the toilet tank is full- which takes nearly 20 minutes. I realise that the house is very old, but certain things (like water) are simply non-negotiable.」

「Everything was good once we checked in. I understand business, but a bit offputting when we first arrived - parking lot was empty, no one there - we arrived at 1:15 and was told check in was 2;30 - BUT - for $50 we could check in early. Sorry, we laughed, was not paying $50 for 75 minutes when our rate was $192 per night. Seemed too petty. Our issue for arriving early ... but still...」

「Property was well maintained and nice. Staff were nice, room was big and spacious, breakfast was good. My only issue with this hotel was the cleanliness of the room. First of all there was a brownish yellow splatter next to the toilet… and my fitted sheet had little red dot stains over the entire thing. Front desk promptly sent someone to change my sheets to a non stained set. But when housekeeping came they said they’d clean my room (and the mysterious stain) the next morning for free.....

「Fabulous experience. We had a beautiful room, with many lovely little extras such access to balcony, snacks and beverages. Many streaming options for TV. The lovely old home (circa 1850) was very quiet. Kimmie was terrific, offering a homemade breakfast. Highly recommended.」
