the bed was very comfortable , the room was clean but dated. The staff were very courteous and helpful.Parking was available, Breakfast was included but we did not have any. Overall the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

They helped by moving us to the lower level, my wife has difficulty with stairs. The bed was excellent. However, At 7:30 a.m. a fire alarm bell, outside, started to ring and continued for a good hour. Only by looking outside and NOT seeing a fire truck did relax. No word from the staff. They need to continue upgrading. Would I recommend. No.

We were very disappointed with our room. Very outdated,walls with patched up holes not painted over. Heating/air conditioning was old and noisy. Pillows were lumpy. Curtain on bathroom window was semi sheer and didn’t fit the window. Anyone could have looked in. Would not recommend or stay there again. My husband thought the owner was nice and breakfast was ok. This room should NOT have been assigned to the public.

Room had a very strong cement smell that was made better if you have the ac on. Washroom was disgusting; lots of stains on the toilet, horrible pressure to the point were you have to wait about 10mins in between flushes, and even then it doesn’t flush properly. Other than the washroom and cement smell, the room was fine. A little on the small side but lots of restaurants nearby

Expensive for a dumpy motel in Guelph. Linens seemed clean. Served the one night purpose as we were travelling through. Breakfast was very continental. They had boiled eggs though! They were good. Had to take food and coffee back to room as they only had a couple tables to sit at. Coffee was good.

My room was clean and the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint was the tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I would have liked those items to be refreshed daily. Also some repairs needed to be neaten up. I would still recommend this hotel for the price.
