「3泊しましたが、部屋が広く清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができました。バス停からは少し歩きますが、メインストリートまで近く、毎日ご飯や観光に困ることはなかったです。そして何よりスタッフの方々にお礼を言いたいです。今回カターニア空港でロストバゲージになってしまい、現地の空港や運送会社とのコミュニケーションがうまく取れない中、スタッフの方が毎日電話で連絡して下さり無事荷物を受け取ることができました。本当にありがとうございました。ホスピタリティとサービスがとても良く、またタオルミーナを訪れた際はお世話になりたい宿です。」

「のんびりと観光しながら向かおうと思っていましたが、到着時間を何回も聞かれ、観光しながらのメールのやり取りにはまいりました。また、時間を指定されたため、観光の途中で予定を変更してチェックインしに行かなければならず、その後同じ場所に戻りと、時間を無駄にしました。短い観光時間の中でそのようなやり取りに時間を取られ、もったいなかったと思っています。また、それ以降スタッフは見なかったのです（携帯チャットのやり取りになるようです）。　部屋は広く綺麗に整えられていましたが、暖房が効かず、滞在中ずっと寒さに耐えなければならず、次の日には風邪を引いてしまいました。　場所も観光スポットから遠く（バスで30分くらい）、不便でした。」

「We stayed here the night before our trip up Mt Etna. It was an ideal location for an early start, 20-25mins from the cable car station. We arrived early the day before but were allowed to check into our room and had the entire place to ourselves so spent the afternoon sat by the pool. 「Absolutely beautiful room. We asked if it was possible to get an early check-in as our flight landed at 9am. Thanks to Luca (owner) we were able to get in our room at 11am…so nice. Luca met us at the building and gave us a tour of the room. The one thing that threw us off was the entrance to rooms. It is on a busy street with a very large door. "朝食のバリエーションが豊富で美味しいです。笑顔で迎えてくれるスタッフがとても親切で気持ち良い朝を迎えられました。客室は程良く広くオシャレです。バックヤードに面していたので静かですが、眺めはイマイチ。あとシャワーが天井固定式のみだったので使いにくかったです。ハンドセットが付いている部屋もあるので、予約時に確認した方が良さそうです。"

"Be amazed by the spectacular view from in front of the hotel. You will see Mount Etna and the beach, and you will think, oh, I am so glad I stayed here. The view from the breakfast room is also breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful, telling us how to get where we wanted to go, how long it would take, recommendations for places to eat, etc. I sincerely appreciate it. The facility is a bit old and we were concerned about the smell of the drainage pipes."
