Upon entering the second floor, you'll find a spacious living area that leads to a west-facing sunroom, bathed in the golden light of the setting sun. This peaceful space is ideal for unwinding, reading, or simply enjoying the view as the sun sets. The full kitchen, with its large island and stainless-steel counter tops, with new appliances, is perfect for preparing meals or hosting a small dinner. Step outside to your private deck, where you can take in calming river views.
In the evening, retreat to one of the two queen-sized beds in elegantly designed east facing bedrooms, each with architectural elements that echo the apartment’s historic roots. Each bedroom includes a spacious closet, large European windows, thick black out curtains, and a flat screen tv with a dedicated Netfilx account.
The apartment features 1.5 bathrooms, with a luxurious shower / bathtub for ultimate relaxation.
