Once we were there she offered to arrange tours, suggest dining places and made reservations for us. She did everything she could to make our stay easy and enjoyable. "We stayed 3 nights in the "casa grande" associated with the Galapagos Pearl Hotel and could not have been more pleased. The casa has 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, one bathroom, and is conveniently located right next to the pool and the outdoor dining area where Yolanda serves breakfast. Your room is cleaned every day. "Friendly staff, very nice service, clean room, different fresh made breakfast every day. Hotel itself was very good and worth the stay even though it was in a bit of outskirt of the main town. For VIP access we meant to receive free airport transfer and room upgrade if available but didn’t receive it. Hotels.com displayed incorrect information and the hotel itself couldn’t assist with that. "
