"When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working and wasn’t working next day when we were leaving. The room they gave wasn’t cleaned at all, we asked for another room. AC was working. I can’t say anything about breakfast we didn’t even checked it out. "

"Our stay at Hyatt Place was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was glad i had read reviews where other guests stated how small the pool was and that you had to reserve a time to use it. That worked well for us since we were traveling with our 7 year old grandson to have that private time. I was disappointed that they didnt have another space to purchase food. Overall it was good. Easy walk to the inner harbor."

"The property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh. The pool was a great hangout place with the kids. My family enjoyed themselves and I was happy to relax. "

"The staff Ms. Lanita and the evening lady were really nice but I did not like the fact that everytime you needed to use the elevator you had to wait in staff to let you up. I didn’t like the fact that I was charged for a night when I checked in the next day due to flight delays because of bad weather. It’s a very outdated hotel the good thing is it’s right on the harbor and a Ruth Chris and McCormick’s is in the hotel. Would I book again??? Probably not "
