「The host was incredibly friendly and communicative. The place was a lot bigger than I expected, and it was beautiful to sit out by the fire pit and look at the river nearby. And, she left us snacks and smores for the stay! A nice quiet spot to spend a night.」

「Property was filthy, had to essentially beg for the check in information. Front lock didnt function properly. Neighbors smoking and stood there eyeing us up, laughing at us mesisng with the lock. spent 15 minutes onsite most of which was calling local hotels trying to find last minute availability. STAY AWAY. This host/property has a habit of this kind of review. IMO, I would avoid this unless it was the last place in town, even then, I might sleep in my car....」
