「Great hotel in a great location」

「Very central and our room was lovely and quiet. Taxi rank right outside. Slowest lift in history, plus it broke down, but thats life. No nice coffee pod machine in the room which these days many places have. But we had a nice stay with decent facilities. Didn’t try the restaurant but wish we had because when we out (it was a Friday night) into Jersey there were no restaurants with space. 「My first time in this hotel in Jersey, the hotel, staff and room were all very good, the inclusion of a pool and adequate gym suited me for the 7 nights I was there. The weather was very warm and the garden space to relax was also a good addition. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Recommended.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms.
