「Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. Stay here if you have no other choice.」

「Lovely newly renovated property on a pond with access to SUPs, kayaks, etc. easy drive to tanglewood. Smallish room/bathroom but perfect for our girls weekend stay. Keurig and fridge in room were a welcome bonus!」

「All in all, it was a good value, but there was a male employee who was working when I checked in and whose behavior was similar to multiple people. I was ignored for over 10 minutes while he spoke on the phone. He issued me a card without asking for my ID and when I brought multiple packages in on a carrier, he gave me a second floor room where there’s no elevator. He was indifferent. he ignored us and I didn’t appreciate that.」

「朝食がついているのはよかったのですが、フロントでパンを焼いて、部屋に持ち帰って食べなければいけないのは不便でした。ベーグル、果物、ヨーグルト、ジュース、コーヒーと一通りのものがありましたが、トレーがないので、部屋とフロントを往復している宿泊者もいました。私たちはタングルウッド音楽祭のため宿泊したのですが、ホテルは１５分くらいのところにあり、帰りの車の渋滞にも合わず（反対方向は渋滞中でした）、所在地はよかったです。」

「The Chambery Inn is in a great location to explore downtown Lee and attend shows at Tanglewood. Would recommend the Chambery to anyone coming to the Berkshires.」

「Room smelled awful and the blanket was so dated. We ended up driving home 1 1/2 hours rather than stay the night. Very sleazy.」

「It’s easy to miss driving by. Building, parking area and pool are separated from the highway by a tree landscaped berm. The sign is small, tan-ish orange and partially hidden by trees on the berm. Made finding the entrance difficult. Once there, our stay was very enjoyable.」

「Had a wonderful stay. The property is charming, elegant, and beautifully maintained, with a peaceful Berkshires setting. Our hosts were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything from the comfortable room to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay exceeded expectations. 「この辺りはタングルウッドで音楽を聴いた帰りに泊まるには良い場所かも。もう少し近くにもありそうですが、なければこの辺りでも。値段も程々。ある程度清潔に保たれているし、泊まるだけなら満足出来ます。」

「Best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. The breakfast attendant kept items well stocked. She made sure that vacated tables were cleaned and ready for the next guests to enjoy their meal. The room was kept very clean. I really enjoyed the fresh pancakes that were made to order by a pancake machine! Also, the pool and hot tub were great. The area was kept clean and towels were well stocked. Our room was also very spacious and immaculate.」

「I usually stay here and yes staff are nice and rooms are decent but I’ve seen a decline in amenities. Maybe the expense of things - bathrobe in room, water and snacks were what I was used to seeing .in the room.」

「Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The grounds are so beautiful . There were a number of lovely places inside and out for sitting and relaxing. We loved the welcome drink and a bottle of wine ( choice of red or white) to have in our room. We enjoyed it on our balcony with its lovely views of the main house and the yard. Unfortunately we couldn’t attend the cognac tasting as we were busy. I would love to come to the Cornell again-and again!」

「Great location for the historic District and walkable to Tanglewood. Coffee machine, and water dispenser available 24 hours lots of little spaces to sit and relax.」

「The property was ok for a night. Bed is clean. But, carpeting is old and in bad need to deep cleaning. We stayed on the first floor and heard people walking above us. It was alright if you need to stay for a night.」
