The multiple restaurants on site were great! The rooms are modern, clean, and quiet even though you are in the city with lots of noise. The down side was the pool and roof top were closed with no communication up front about that on their website.

The hotel overall was decent. The first issue you will encounter is that they do not have their own parking but offer vallet for $60/day. The staff provides a decent experience but they could work on their overall demeanor and professionalism. The hotel is in downtown Denver so that means it will be noisy at night.

The staff was so accommodating, they reached out to me a few days before my arrival and helped me all along the way. From early check in to transportation to and from ! Thanks to the crew at the Sonesta !
