The Harrington in downtown Beaufort

This bright upstairs apartment has lots of windows and a high porch with views to the Northwest Quadrant, one of the four neighborhoods in Beaufort’s Historic District. The side door is used to walk upstairs to the condo. The small bedroom (just big enough for the bed) has a queen bed and small closet. The on suite bath has a tub/shower and toilet. The living room offers a smart tv and small breakfast table with adjustable leaves. The kitchen has a full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, full cooktop and oven. Coffee can be made using the keurig or French press. We enjoy sipping the coffee on the second story porch.
It is 5 blocks to the bluff overlooking the Beaufort River and Beaufort's scenic Bay Street, then a little farther to the Waterfront park, restaurants, and shopping.
The entire upstairs floor is accessible to guests including a large upper porch. The rear patio with table and chairs is available as well.
There is off street parking available.
