Excellent location.
Lots of hot water, clean sheets/linens.
Shabby room but a bit chic.
No elevator and extremely narrow hallways. Hard to navigate with suitcase. I imagine Italy has different stds regarding exit in case of fire.
Eliza who was there until 2pm was great.
I arrived when no one was at desk and it was unpleasant.
