Great place in Sottomarina by the beach

We stayed for three nights. The staff are awesome! They genuinely want you to have a perfect time. Take note that hotel.com page does not mention that access to the private beach is extra (21€/day). The food was ok.

Wanted a place with direct beach access, which with had through Stella Maris. Parking was limited. We were lucky to grab the last one when we arrived. The family after us were not so lucky.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis- prima Lage in 1. Reihe zu den Strandbädern, trotzdem nicht laut. Frühstück sehr gut für Italien und Restaurant auch bei HP. Alles sauber und gepflegt, wenn auch nicht mehr ganz neu. Teilbereiche aber schon modern renoviert. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Meiner Meinung nach entspricht das Hotel höchstens einem 2-Sterne-Standard und ist von den angegebenen 4 Sternen weit entfernt. Ich habe drei Zimmer gebucht. In einem der Zimmer waren deutliche Feuchtigkeits- bzw. Wasserspuren zu sehen. In einem weiteren Zimmer wurden Kakerlaken bzw. Insekten festgestellt (siehe Fotos/Videos). Nicht zu empfehlen, insbesondere aufgrund der Insekten in den Zimmern. Ein solches Problem ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut inakzeptabel.

Das Hotel liegt super direkt am Strand, das Zimmer und vor das Bad waren schon sehr klein. Das größte Manko war aber die sehr geringen Möglichkeiten seine Sachen aufzuhängen oder zu verstauen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, der Pool war gut. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es für 15 Euro / Nacht in ca. 150m Entfernung. Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegen für 18Euro am Tag finde ich zu teuer, allerdings war der Strandabschnitt sehr sauber und gepflegt.
