「This hotel is in the lovely village of Malamocco in a beautiful building which is hundreds of years old. However, the bathrooms seriously needed renovation. I tried to explain this to the mana」

「Great location and really well finished property. Arrived late on the first day and the beds hadn’t been set up correctly so had to Do that ourselves however the staff fixed it the next day. Late checklout options limited.」

「Great location and prompt response for the host when info / help was needed. The boat tour offered was just fabulous!」

「Small room, low ceiling in attic room and lots of mosquitoes at night if windows are open .. nice experience in Venice in an old castle .. but uncomfortable with bathroom in a hall way and the small attic room. Would not stay there for more than one night .」

「The location was excellent, very close to the city center. The room wasn’t luxurious, but it was clean, simple, and more than satisfactory. Even though I don’t speak Italian, the staff were extremely kind, and communication was smooth. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience☺️」
