Great spot. Excellent location. We arrived via train. Word of advice, use one of the porters at the station. There are quite a number of steps to get over the first bridge. Hotel is beautiful. Location great. Easy walk anywhere. Breakfast was great. Many restaurants within 5 minute walk.

The 15th century building was unique inside and beautiful. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The location was easy walking distance from the trains at Venezia San Lucia - maybe 10 minutes. And the breakfast was a true culinary experience with everything from eggs to meat plates to world class cheeses and breads.

We had a fabulous time at Palazzo Odoni. Justin, the first concierge, was very helpful explaining the map to us. The breakfast was superb, absolutely delicious and varied. We appreciated the lady (from the Philippines, didn’t catch her name, maybe name tags would be nice?) who took care of us both mornings. They provided us with a couple more pillows at our request and allowed us to check in earlier as well. It is situated in a very quiet part of town with small restaurants and cafes and plazas. It was also close to the bus terminal, the train station and the vaporretto station. If we were to return to Venezia we would surely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Fabulous hotel! It’s a very convenient 5 minute walk from the main square and easy to find. Lots of steps so not suitable for everyone but we loved it. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast good although you have to book a slot as there are only about 5 tables. My only criticism was there was no bar to speak of. You could request a drink from reception but the choice was very limited. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

The hotel's main advantage is its 10-minute walk from the Santa Lucía train station. It's located in a fairly quiet area with shops and restaurants practically nearby. Because of its historic location, the hotel has an old-fashioned facade and its rooms have a vintage feel. Access to the hotel grounds is a bit inconvenient due to the numerous stairs, especially with luggage. The service is excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is ideal if you're staying for just a few days.

Beautiful property and room. The staff was amazing. I will say as it is an old property there are no elevators so if you have heavy luggage or bad knees it is difficult. We knew of this so it did not deter us. The staff was amazing, they even helped with our heavy luggage. They gave us a sweet little to go breakfast because our plane left so early and it was phenomenal.

Loved this place. It was clean, staff very friendly, surmounting neighborhood awesome. Close to train station and taking cab to airport or water taxi anywhere was super easy from this location. Rooms size salad good. Yummy breakfast. I wish they had little life yeast for luggage but still with all good experience it was worth to carry our bags in room 😊
