"The hotel was amazing with a huge balcony and a private beach. Split is an amazing place, mountains at the back and beach to the front. My dream vacation. The Croatian people are very nice. The hotel was really clean, staff amazing and breakfast every morning. Definitely would love to go back. Highly recommended. 5 stars.*****"

"Rooms are decent size - small fridge in room - would have expected a couple of bottles of water to be initially provided. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was very average - the hot selection was poor - although you could request a cooked omelette which was ok. Only one coffee machine that’s wasn’t working first day. Roof top pool is quite small - but was very quiet when we stayed - so wasn’t an issue… last day it was shut for maintenance (wasn’t informed when booked) Location good - direct access to small beach - although 25euros per subbed is a total rip-off - so didn’t use. A couple of supermarkets local to the hotel, along with a few restaurants. The Road outside hotel very busy!"

"We had a great stay at Smartstay Johnny. The host was very organized, professional, and easy to communicate with. The room was clean, modern, and in a great location directly across from the beach, with a few restaurants nearby. It's also only a 20-minute drive to Split. One thing to note is that Expedia listed laundry service as an amenity, but it wasn't available during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again."

"Our stay at Villa GG was absolutely incredible!! We stayed here with a small group of family and friends for my wedding and every single guest was absolutely blown away. Prior to arrival, we coordinated dinners at the villa through GG and his team. From check in we were greeted with a spotless property, a welcome set up of drinks and a traditional Croatian dish, and friendly conversations with the hosts who made us feel like they wanted to get to know us. Throughout out stay, we were provided exceptional service that tended to any need or request. We noticed them take the time to get to know our guests and really immersed us in Croatian culture. We did a pizza party that included a mixologist and DJ, as well as a bbq dinner with a traditional Croatian peka which were both amazing dinners. We also booked van transfers. The vendors/partners that GG provides for these are passionate about their crafts and providing an exceptional experience which blew away all of our guests. The property also provides wine, beer, and a liquor assortment so you are fully taken care of there. One thing that our guest loved and took advantage of was the complimentary wash and fold service. My one regret was not booking our activities through GG because his services are exceptional. GG and his team made my wedding week one we will never forget and blew our guests away while also making us all feel like family to them. We will definitely be returning and cant recommend this property enough!!!"
