"We spent 4 nights at Fig Cottage. The location was perfect, being on the same plot of land as the host's home, down a no-exit street so very quiet. It's just a few minutes drive from the centre of Havelock North. The property was extremely clean with fresh flowers and chocolates waiting for us. Breakfast was really good - cereal, yoghurt and cheesy muffins, with plunger coffee and tea.Christiana is an amazing host, promptly replenishing any supplies we needed. Communication was via text to her mobile, so very easy. We would definitely stay there again."

"I have stayed there often. The Management are very accommodating. My grandchildren live in Hawkes Bay so I often stay there with them. They have been so helpful with having an extra child, and last time allowing my sister and I to book in early as flights had been altered and it was tiring and stressful for us. Highly recommend and has become my 'go to' motel when having the kids.
