"The condo is excellent! The owners had plenty of communication ahead of time, so I knew what to expect going into it. The security at the compound kept it so that only guests were there, and it didn't feel overwhelming with college kids compared to the rest of the town. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and very efficient. The condo is in great shape and has a great view overlooking the pool. The walk to the beach was very easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. "

"Everything was as described in the listing. Condo was very clean and lots of extras to use in the well stocked kitchen. We had a few minor maintenance issues that weren't resolved during our stay due to staffing issues. Certainly not the fault of the owner. Jerry got back to us promptly about the situation. The three bedrooms with three baths was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again."

"Needed short 2 day stay with 65 lb dog. Beds very comfy, bath with towels,products and kitchen. Sofa stitch open but we watched tv in bedroom. Loved balcony door for access to beach paraphernalia and dog relief. Pool and landscape nice with available dog bags and hose. Security apparent with parking enforcement. Front desk staff friendly at both checkin places. Wanted to stay longer was lovely. Has 9 digit code on doorlock you need to keep handy. Perfect for couple. Will stay agsin"
