「Centrally located in the Old Port, with views of the harbor, this was a last minute — therefore pricey — excellent find for a fall weekend getaway. Stylish, elegant rehab of 19th century granite industrial building. Whimsical decor notes referring to 19th century owner Evalina Fox. Nicely appointed kitchenette — though if you came to Portland for the foodie scene, you might end up just using it for breakfast, as we did. Only sour note was the disco music (coming in via the ventilation...

「room was very modern, however some areas did not look well cleaned (edge if the bed had some dried white liquid). the surrounding area has nice shops but is very sketchy at night. did not feel comfortable with the parking situation. also at 6am sounded like maintenance or cleaning crew was constantly in and out of the elevator making tons of noise. was good for a night but wouldnt stay again.」

「We loved everything. The only thing is the mattress is a little soft and you easily roll to the middle!」

「Very helpful and friendly staff」

「This was a super cute boutique inn and the location was ideal. The staff was super friendly!」

「Quick responses by staff! Comfortable bed! Gorgeous amenities! Loved the location was right down from Tandem Coffee!」

「Very comfortable stay. Friendly staff and comfortable beds. Location was perfect! Highly recommend」

「Very lovely boutique hotel in downtown Portland, Maine. Small rooms, and there is no storage, so you have to live out of your suitcase for a couple of days. And there is no table and only one chair so that’s a negative, if you want to work in your room or have room service, there’s nowhere to sit and eat. The walk-in range shower is great, bathroom is lovely, but the water pressure in the bathroom sink is terrible. But overall, a lovely hotel, if I stayed again, probably just for one night. They...

「Excellent stay! We were welcomed with complimentary blueberry wine and the concierge helped carry our bags to our room. Noting that they told us we'd receive a text with a link to order breakfast food, and we never received anything. Had to go down the street to purchase breakfast!」

「Super hotel in walking distance to everything downtown」

「No」

「The problem with this property is they charged me $35 and told me I had to spend it either in their restaurant or vending store. I had no choice. Second I was not given a choice if I wanted to self park in a public parking so they charged me $45. I was shocked! This was worse place on our two week trip to New England.」

「Great location and clean rooms. The walls aren’t very thick though so you can hear a lot. The bar is a fun vibe and the bartender, Chris, was wonderful! Great service and conversation.」

「お部屋は清潔感があって、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。徒歩圏内で美味しいお店があったのも良かったです！ウニ工場に近いということがホテルを選択した1番の決め手です。」

「Window view from the room was beautiful. Seagulls start flying in the town as the sun rises.」
